1 c. H-E-B Sour Cream, regular, low fat or fat free

1 pkg. (8 oz.) H-E-B Smoked Salmon

1/2 c. H-E-B Premium Quality Tomato & Basil Crumbled Feta

3 cloves H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Garlic, chopped

• salt and black pepper

8 oz. (1/2 pkg.) Gluten Free Fettuccine Pasta, uncooked

1 bag (16 oz.) frozen petite peas


Combine sour cream, smoked salmon, feta cheese and garlic in a large bowl. Season to tast
e with salt and black pepper. Set aside.
Cook gluten free pasta according to package directions. Prepare peas according to directio
ns. Drain pasta and peas and combine.
Add hot pasta mixture to sour cream mixture and toss gently. Serve immediately.
