Gluten Free Cheese Shells with Tomato and Basil
1 bag (16 oz.) Tinyáda Brown Rice Pasta Shells
3 - 4 cloves H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Garlic, chopped
4 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. chopped fresh basil (or 2 tsp. dry crushed basil)
2 c. shredded H-E-B Easy Melt Cheese
1/4 c. chopped Hill Country Fare Walnuts
Heat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and return to cooking pot. Add garlic,
tomatoes, basil and shredded cheese. Stir mixture until cheese melts.
Evenly spread cheesy shells in prepared baking dish. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Remo
ve from oven, top with chopped walnuts and serve.
