Cheesy Tomato Basil Shells

Ingredients

1/2 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Medium Shells

3 - 4 cloves garlic, peeled & chopped

1 medium tomato, chopped

1/4 c. chopped fresh basil or 2 tsp. dry crushed basil

1 c. H-E-B Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, regular or reduced fat

1 box (17.3 oz.) H-E-B Tomato Soup

1/2 c. italian seasoned bread crumbs

Directions


Heat oven to 400°F. Spray a 2 quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set asi
de.
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and return to cooking pot. Add garlic,
tomato, basil and H-E-B Tomato Soup. Stir mixture and pour into the prepared baking dish.
Top the shells with the shredded cheese.
Bake uncovered on the center oven rack for 15 minutes. Remove cheesy shells from oven, to
p with Italian seasoned bread crumbs and serve.
