1 Tbsp. Hill Country Fare Olive Oil

1 clove garlic, chopped and crushed

1/4 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper

Directions


Combine the crushed and chopped garlic, olive oil and pepper in the bowl that the steamed
vegetables will be served.
Microwave the mixture on High power for 30 seconds. Add 4 servings of your favorite steam
ed and drained vegetables. Season to taste with salt.
