1 Tbsp. Hill Country Fare Olive Oil

1 tsp. Central Market Organics Herbs de Provence

1 tsp. fine chopped parsley

Directions


Combine the olive oil, herbs de Provence and chopped parsley in the bowl that the steamed
vegetables will be served.
Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds. Add 4 servings of your favorite steamed and drained
vegetables and toss. Season the vegetables to taste with salt and pepper.
