1 Tbsp. fresh grated lemon peel

Directions


Combine the olive oil, grated lemon zest and lemon juice in the bowl steamed vegetables wi
ll be served.
Microwave the oil and lemon mixture for 30 seconds. Add 4 servings of your favorite steam
ed and drained vegetables and toss. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
