Turkey & Brown Rice Vegetable Stew
1 Tbsp. Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
1 tube (16 oz.) H-E-B Ground Turkey Breast
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. H-E-B Instant Brown Rice
1 c. chopped cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 pouch (16 oz.) H-E-B Fall Harvest Soup
Heat a large heavy bottom skillet over high heat for 2 minutes. Add the oil and ground tu
rkey and stir-fry for 4 minutes or until golden and crumbly. Add the celery, brown rice a
nd chopped cranberries and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add the H-E-B Fall Harvest soup and 1/2 cup water to the turkey mixture and bring to a boi
l. Reduce the heat to low and cook 10 minutes. Serve hot.
