Spicy Black Bean Vegetarian Chili
1 box (17.3 oz.) H-E-B Spicy Southwestern Style Black Bean Soup
4 c. H-E-B Frozen Calabacita Blend
1/2 tsp. each: Hill Country Fare Chili Powder, Cumin & Garlic Powder
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
1/2 c. H-E-B Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese, regular or reduced fat
Combine the H-E-B Spicy Black bean soup, calabacita blend, chili powder, ground cumin, gar
lic powder, chopped tomato and cilantro in a large soup pot.
Bring the soup to a boil over high heat, reduce heat to low and cook uncovered for 15 minu
tes. Top each bowl of soup with 2 Tablespoons shredded cheese.
