1 c. H-E-B Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth

1/2 c. H-E-B Fat Free Sour Cream

1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Frozen Mixed Vegetables

1/2 c. chopped onion

2 c. cooked chopped roasted turkey or chicken

Heat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and se
t aside.
Combine chicken broth, sour cream, mixed vegetables, onions and turkey in prepared baking
dish. Season to taste with black pepper. Cover dish with a paper towel and heat in Microw
ave on High power for 6 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking time.
Place the buttermilk biscuits on top of hot chicken pot pie filling. Bake uncovered on c
