Ingredients

1 package (8 oz.) H-E-B Fat Free Cream Cheese

2 Tbsp. H-E-B Fat Free Sour Cream

1 Tbsp. lime juice

1 green onion, chopped

1 package (4 oz.) H-E-B Smoked Salmon, flaked

1 tsp. fresh dill, chopped

1 bag H-E-B Fully Fit Multi Grain Baked Pita Chips

Directions


Combine softened cream cheese and sour cream in a food processor bowl. Process the cream
cheese mixture on high speed for 30 seconds. Add lime-juice and onions and process for 15
seconds. Add the flaked smoked salmon and dill and process for 10 seconds to a chunky te
xture. Season the salmon spread to taste with salt and pepper.
Place the salmon spread in a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerated until
ready to use. To serve, spread 1 teaspoon salmon spread on each Multigrain Pita chip.
