1/2 c. water

1/2 c. H-E-B Orange Juice

1 package (16 oz.) fresh or frozen whole cranberries

1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Frozen Mandarin Sections

1 Tbsp. grated orange peel


Combine sugar, water, orange juice and cranberries in a 4-quart saucepan with a cover. Br
ing the cranberry mixture to a boil over high heat, reduce heat to medium low and cook for
15 minutes. You will hear cranberries popping.
Stir in mandarin slices and cook for 5 more minutes. You can serve the sauce warm or cold
