1 1/2 Tbsp. H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp. H-E-B Dijon Mustard

1/4 tsp. each: salt and fresh cracked black pepper

1 clove garlic

1/2 tsp. Central Market Organics Herb de Provence

1/3 c. water

1 (8 oz.) H-E-B Tough & Easy Container


Combine all ingredients in a blender or small food processor and process until garlic is f
ine chopped (about 30 seconds). Place the dressing in the Tough & Easy container, seal a
nd refrigerate until ready to use. Use 2 Tablespoons per serving.
