1 deep dish pie crust
3/4 c. H-E-B Real Egg
1 can (15 oz.) Hill Country Fare Solid Pack Pumpkin
1/2 c. H-E-B Mootopia Fat Free Milk
1/2 c. fat free greek yogurt
3/4 c. Hill Country Fare 0 Calorie Sweetener
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Heat oven to 375°F. Allow pie crust to thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Combine the H-E-B Real Egg, pumpkin, Mootopia Milk, greek yogurt, 0 Calorie Sweetener and
pumpkin pie spice in a large mixing bowl. Mix the pumpkin filling using an electric mixer
on medium speed for 1 minute.
Pour pumpkin filling in the thawed pie shell and bake on the lower oven rack for 35 to 40
minutes or until a knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean. Cool the pumpkin pie
before cutting into 8 servings.
