Mango & Avocado Shrimp Salad

1 fresh avocado, thin sliced

1 c. H-E-B Frozen Mango Chunks, sliced

1 bag (5 oz.) H-E-B Ready Fresh Go! Baby Spinach Leaves

2 slices red onion, separated into rings

1/2 c. H-E-B Queso Fresco, crumbled

2 c. Hill Country Fare Cooked Shrimp, thawed


Layer avocado slices, mango slices, salad greens, onion rings and Queso Fresco in a large
salad bowl or platter. Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or more. B
efore serving toss salad and serve with Sweet & Tangy Vinaigrette.
