Ingredients

1 can (12 oz.) H-E-B Premium Chunk White Chicken Breast, rinsed & drained

1 c. green or red seedless grapes, sliced into halves

1 c. chopped celery

1/2 c. Hill Country Fare Sliced Almonds, Pecans or Walnuts

6 c. H-E-B Ready Fresh Go! Green Lettuce Leaves

* Curry Dressing:

2 Tbsp. H-E-B Mayonnaise

1/4 tsp. curry powder

1 tsp. Central Market Organics Teriyaki Sauce

Directions


Combine chicken, grapes, celery and almonds in a large salad bowl; toss to coat ingredient
s.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, curry powder, soy sauce. Add dressing to chicken mix
ture and stir to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and chill 30 minutes or until ready to s
erve.
Place a lettuce leaf on each plate and scoop 3/4 cup chicken salad on each.
