Blue Cheese Seasoned Ground Sirloin Steaks
1 lb. H-E-B Extra Lean Ground Beef
1 Tbsp. Hill Country Fare Worcestershire Sauce
2 H-E-B Ready Fresh Go! Garlic Cloves, chopped
1 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
4 tsp. H-E-B Blue Cheese or Queso Blanco Crumbles
1/2 tsp. salt
Combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, pepper, blue cheese or queso fresco
crumbles and salt in a mixing bowl and lightly mix. Form into 4 oval shaped patties, pla
ce on a dish and set aside.
Heat a heavy bottom skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Spray the skillet with no sti
ck spray, add the ground beef steaks and pan fry for 3-4 minutes per side until the intern
al temperature reaches 170°F.
