Garden Zucchini & Ham Frittata

Ingredients

2 tsp. Hill Country Fare Olive Oil

1 green onion, thin sliced

2 Tbsp. chopped red bell peppers

1/2 c. chopped zucchini

1 tsp. thin sliced fresh basil or 1/8 tsp. dried basil

1 slice (1 oz.) H-E-B Premium Deli Black Forest Ham, thin sliced

1/2 c. H-E-B Real Egg

Directions


Heat a heavy bottom skillet over medium low heat for 2 minutes. Add the olive oil, green
onions, bell pepper and zucchini and cook, stirring often for 3 minutes.
Add the basil and ham strips and cook 1 more minute. Add the H-E-B Real Egg and cook to d
esired doneness. Season the frittata with salt and pepper to taste.
