Chocolate-Peanut Butter Pie
1/2 c. chocolate or hot fudge ice cream topping, divided use
1 nine-inch prepared chocolate crumb pie crust
1 pkg. (8 oz.) H-E-B Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
2 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 large or 8 small chocolate peanut butter cups, frozen
Drizzle 1/4 cup of fudge topping over bottom of pie crust and set aside.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Ad
d whipped topping and whisk to blend.
Spoon mixture into pie crust. Chill 4 hours or until firm.
Before serving, chop candy into small pieces and sprinkle over pie. Drizzle remaining choc
