1/4 c. H-E-B Country Fare 0 Calorie Sweetener
1 c. H-E-B Real Egg
8 slices H-E-B Glycemic Bread
1 c. H-E-B Frozen Berry Medley, thawed
1 can Hill Country Fare Butter Flavored No-Stick Spray
* zest of 1 lemon
1/2 c. Hill Country Fare Sugar Free Syrup
In a large bowl combine the half and half, sweetener and Real Eggs and beat with an electr
ic mixer on low speed for 1 minute. Set the mixture aside.
Spray the skillet with Hill Country Fare No-Stick Butter spray. Heat a skillet over mediu
m heat for 2 minutes. Dip the Glycemic bread into the batter and cook on each side for 1
1/2 minutes. Cook 2 slices at a time and keep warm.
To serve, Sprinkle each French toast with lemon zest and top 2 Tablespoons berry medley an
d 1 Tablespoon sugar free syrup.
