1/2 c. H-E-B Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1 slice (1/2 inch) tomato
1 tsp. fresh basil, chopped
1 thin slice red onion
1/4 c. zucchini, shredded
Spray a microwave safe plate with no-stick spray. Layer the Canadian bacon slice, 1/4 cup
shredded mozzarella cheese, tomato slice, chopped basil, red onion slice, shredded zucchi
ni and remaining 1/4 cup of cheese on the prepared plate.
Cover the stack loosely with a sprayed sheet of plastic wrap and microwave on High power f
or 1 minute.
