Breakfast Ham & Cheese Roll-Ups
1 slice (1 oz.) H-E-B Premium Mesquite Ham
1 slice (1 oz.) H-E-B Premium Cheddar or Monterey Cheese Slice
3 fresh asparagus spears, cut off & discard bottom inch
1 Tbsp. red bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. sweet yellow onion, chopped
Layer the ham slice, cheese slice on a flat surface. Arrange the asparagus spear lengthwi
se in the center of the ham and cheese. Sprinkle the red bell pepper and onion over the a
sparagus; season to taste with pepper only.
Roll the ham and cheese like a taco and place on a microwave safe plate, seam side down, a
nd microwave on High power for 10-15 seconds or until the cheese begins to melt.
