1 can (22 oz.) peach pie filling
1 c. H-E-B Dried Mixed Fruit, chopped
1 tsp. ground ginger
6 (6 oz.) custard cups
1 Hill Country Fare Refrigerated Pie Crust, room temperature
1 star cookie cutter (or your favorite shape)
1/4 c. H-E-B Milk
2 Tbsp. Central Market™ All Natural Fair Trade Turbinado Raw Cane Sugar
Heat oven to 375°F. Line baking dish with foil and set aside.
Combine pie filling, dried fruit, and ginger in bowl. Divide evenly into 6 custard cups. P
lace filled custard cups on prepared baking sheet and set aside.
Unroll piecrust, cut into 12 stars with cookie cutter. Brush each star with milk, press in
to sugar. Place stars on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Set aside.
