1 tomato, seeded and diced
1/8 c. shallots, minced (2-3 whole shallots)
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice, squeezed
2 (8 oz.) pkg. H-E-B Lump Crab Meat
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Chop and prepare all ingredients. Place in a bowl and mix well.
Marinate for 8 hours or up to 24 hours.
