3/4 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. water
1/2 pkg. (12 oz.) fresh or frozen whole cranberries
1 Tbsp. grated fresh orange peel
1 small navel orange, peeled, sliced across sections, and separated
Combine sugar, water, and cranberries in 4-quart saucepan with cover. Bring mixture to a b
oil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium low. Continue cooking for 15 minutes. You w
ill hear cranberries popping.
Stir in orange peel and sections. Allow relish to cool.
