Grilled Peach and Mozzarella Stack
* juice of 1 lemon
5 fresh, firm peaches
2 green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. H-E-B Blossom Honey
¼ c. fresh cilantro
* juice of 1 lime
2 Tbsp. H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
* salt and pepper
4 oz. fresh Mozzarella, cut into 12 thin slices
1 bag (5 oz.) Central Market™ Organics Herb Garden Mix (optional)
Combine lemon juice and 1 cup of water in a bowl. Cut 4 peaches into round
