Steak with Blue Cheese-Walnut Butter
6 cloves garlic, crushed
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. each: McCormick Grinders Sea Salt and Black Pepper
4 Beef New York Strip Steaks (about 1 ½ pounds), cut ¾ or 1-inch thick
* Blue Cheese-Walnut Butter:
2 oz. blue cheese crumbles
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
¼ c. finely chopped toasted walnuts
Crush garlic into a small bowl. Add rosemary, oil, salt and pepper. Rub mixture over both
sides of steaks. Set aside 15 minutes.

Grill steaks over Medium heat (375°F grill surface temperature) 7 to 9 minutes per side or
until internal temperature in center of steaks reaches 140°F for
Medium-Rare or 150°F
for Medium doneness.
Spread butter mixture over hot steaks and serve.
