Ingredients

1 c. polenta

4 c. cream or stock

1/2 c. grated Grana Podana cheese

Directions


Bring four cups of heavy cream or stock to a boil and whisk in 1 cup polenta. Whisk briskl
y then reduce heat to a low simmer.
Stir frequently until polenta is tender and creamy. Add in extra liquid if desired.
In last two minutes of cooking add grated Grana Podana cheese and whisk in completely.
