1 package whole wheat naan bread
1/2 shredded Mahon Cheese
1/2 Tbs. Roberts Reserve Roasted Red Pepper Relish
1 Tbs. butter
Place a pan over medium heat.
Add butter and let melt, tilt to coat, and in a separate pan sauté.
Meanwhile, cut each piece of naan bread in half, spread relish on one side of two slices o
Top with cheese, and other piece of bread.
Place the sandwich in the pan and let cook for 2 minutes per side.
