Ingredients

1/2 c. Hill Country Fare Walnuts Halves & Pieces

1/2 c. Hill Country Fare Coconut Flakes Sweetened

1 box (20 oz.) H-E-B The Baker's Scoop Bakery Style Chocolate Chunk Brownie Mix

3 H-E-B Eggs

1/2 c. H-E-B Butter, melted, or H-E-B Extra Light Olive Oil

4 c. H-E-B Confectioners Powdered Sugar

1 pkg. (8 oz.) H-E-B Cream Cheese

Directions


Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan with nonstick cooking spray, line the bott
om with parchment paper for easy removal, and set aside.
Place walnuts and coconut flakes on a separate baking sheet and bake 5 minutes or until li
ghtly toasted. Reduce oven temperature to 300°F.
Combine brownie mix, toasted nuts, coconut, 1 egg, and butter or olive oil in a bowl and
stir to combine. Press cake mixture in bottom of the prepared baking pan and set aside.
Combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, and remaining 2 eggs in a mixing bowl and beat with
an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes or until smooth. Pour cream cheese mixture
evenly over cake mixture. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and cool for 1 hour or more.
Cut cake into 18 bars, 2 1/2" x 3" each.
