Mini Elvis Dessert Sliders
12 jumbo foil cupcake liners
2 bananas, thin sliced
1/2 c. H-E-B Orange Juice
1 bag Hill Country Fare Sugar Cookie Mix
1/2 c. Hill Country Fare Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 qt. H-E-B Creamy Creations® Chocolate or Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 c. Hill Country Fare Peanut Butter, creamy or chunky
Insert the foil liners in a 12-place cupcake pan. Dip banana slices in orange juice, drain
, and set aside.
Prepare sugar cookies using peanut butter in place of butter and also adding the extra fl
our for cut-out cookies. Roll the dough out to 1/4 inch and use a 2-inch biscuit cutter to
cut out cookies. Bake for 12 minutes. Set aside on a wire rack to cool.
Allow guests to build their own Mini Elvis Dessert Sliders as follows: Spread 1 tablespoon
of peanut butter on the bottom side of a sugar cookie and set it peanut butter side up in
the foil cupcake liner. Top the cookie with 2 banana slices and 1/4 cup of chocolate or v
anilla ice cream. Press another sugar cookie on top and enjoy!
