12 tart shells (3-inch)
1 can (14 oz.) Hill Country Fare Solid Pumpkin
2 H-E-B Large Eggs, beaten
½ c. H-E-B Dark Brown Sugar or Hill Country Fare 0 Calorie Sweetener
1½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
¾ c. H-E-B Half and Half, regular or fat free
1 aerosol can Hill Country Fare Real Dairy Whip
Heat oven to 350°F. Place tart shells on a foil-lined baking
sheet and set aside.
Combine pumpkin, beaten eggs, brown sugar,
pumpkin pie spice, and half-and-half in a
g bowl; stir to blend well. Fill each tart
shell with ¼ cup pumpkin filling.
Bake tarts on center oven rack for 25
minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes.
Serve with a
dollop of whipped cream.
