Holiday Smoked Salmon Appetizer
1 box Central Market Organics™ Cracked Pepper Water Crackers
1 (8 oz.) container H-E-B Cream Cheese with Chives
½ c. red onion, thin sliced or chopped
1 hothouse cucumber, sliced lengthwise, seeded and thinly sliced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. H-E-B Wild Smoked Alaskan Sockeye Salmon, flaked
Spread each cracker with 1 teaspoon cream
cheese and place on an appetizer tray.
Top each cracker with red onion, cucumber slice,
and a small piece of the smoked salmon.
serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and
refrigerate until ready to serve.
