BBQ Chicken Wings or Drums
1 bottle H-E-B Specialty Series BBQ Sauce: Texas, Carolina or your favorite flavor
4 lb. whole chicken wings or drumsticks
1 bayou classic leg & wing rack
Remove & discard excess fat from chicken
wings (keep wing sections together) or drum
s. Combine the wings or drumsticks and
1 cup of your favorite H-E-B Specialty Series
auce in a zipper bag. Refrigerate
wings for 30 minutes or until ready to grill.
Prepare the gas or charcoal grill to 375°F.
Place the wings or drumsticks on the Bayou
assic Wing Rack. Place the rack on the
heated grill, close the lid and cook the wings
20 minutes, drums for 30 minutes or until
the internal temperature reaches 170°F.
Place the wings on a serving platter with
a small bowl of the remaining BBQ sauce.
