Fiery Grilled Shrimp Skewers
1 (16 oz.) bag H-E-B Frozen Wild Gulf Brown Shrimp 10/15, thawed, peeled and deveined
1 (4 oz.) container H-E-B Cajun or Diablo Splash
Combine the shrimp with the Cajun or Diablo
Splash in a large zipper bag. Seal the bag and
toss to coat. Skewer the shrimp for easy grilling
or use a grilling basket to keep shrimp
falling through grates. Refrigerate shrimp until
ready to grill.
Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking.
Grill shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve shrimp
salad or over steamed rice.
