Grilled Spiced Pineapple Wedges
1 fresh golden pineapple, peeled and cut into 1-inch slices
1/2 c. Central Market All Natural Dessert Spice Rub
4 c. H-E-B Creamy Creations® Vanilla Ice Cream or Pineapple Sherbet
1/4 c. H-E-B Cajeta Milk Caramel Spread
Heat gas or charcoal grill to 375°F. Spray a vegetable or mesh grilling
rack with nonstick
cooking spray and set on a tray.
Cut each pineapple slice into 4 wedges. Sprinkle both sides of the
pineapple wedges with t
he Dessert Spice Rub and place on the
prepared grilling rack.
Grill the pineapple slices for 3 minutes on each side with the lid
down. Serve warm with a
scoop of ice cream or sherbet and a
tablespoon of caramel spread.
