Grilled Tropical-Style Mangos

3 fresh mangos

½ c. H-E-B Crema Fresca

2 Tbsp. Central Market All Natural Dessert Spice Rub

1 c. Hill Country Fare Coconut


Cut a slice off the bottom of each mango and place it cut side down on a cutting board. Us
e a sharp knife to peel away the skin. Find the mango seed and slice on both sides of it t
o separate the mango halves from the seed.
Heat gas or charcoal grill to 375°F. Spray a vegetable or mesh grilling rack with nonstic
k cooking spray and set on a baking sheet. 3 Place mango halves, cut side up, on the prepa
red grilling rack. Brush each mango with crema fresca and sprinkle with ½ teaspoon dessert
spice rub and 2 to 3 tablespoons coconut.
Place grilling rack with the mangos on the grill, close the lid, and grill for 10 minutes
or until coconut begins to turn golden. Place the grilled mangos on a serving platter, dri
zzle with 1 teaspoon crema fresca, and serve.
