Spicy Texas Grill Roasted Corn
8 ears H-E-B Intensely Sweet Corn
1/2 c. H-E-B Specialty Series Southwest Marinade
4 sheets (12 x 12 inches) H-E-B Aluminum Foil
Brush ears of corn with marinade, place each on a sheet of foil,
and wrap tightly. Keep re
frigerated until ready to grill.
Heat gas or charcoal grill to 375°F. Grill foil-sealed corn, turning
occasionally, for 15
to 20 minutes. Serve hot.
