Ingredients

1 pt. fresh blueberries

1 Tbsp. H-E-B Granulated Sugar

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Hill Country Fare Crescent Rolls

3 Tbsp. H-E-B “More Fruit” Fourberry Fruit Spread

1 egg white (optional)

2 Tbsp. Central Market Organics™ Cane Sugar

Directions


Heat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cookin
g spray.
In a bowl, combine blueberries with 1 tablespoon granulated sugar until berries are coated
; set aside.
Unroll crescent rolls into 8 equal-sized triangles. On the shortest length of each triangl
e, place 1 teaspoon fruit spread in center. Press 2 tablespoons of blueberry mixture into
fruit spread. Roll dough and fruit up along the length of the triangle. Whisk together egg
white and ½ teaspoon of water. Brush rolls with egg white mixture and sprinkle with cane
sugar. Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes or until golden.
