Ingredients

3 Hill Country Fare Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into ¾-inch strips

3 Tbsp. H-E-B Fat Free Sour Cream

½ tsp. Hill Country Fare Garlic Powder

¼ tsp. paprika

* Hill Country Fare Olive Oil Spray

* salt and pepper

1 c. H-E-B Corn Squares, crushed with rolling pin

½ c. Panko (Japanese Bread Crumbs)

¼ c. Hill Country Fare Sliced Almonds

¼ c. H-E-B Grated Parmesan Cheese

* Dipping Sauce

3 Tbsp. each: H-E-B Dijon Mustard and Low Fat Mayonnaise

2 Tbsp. each: H-E-B Honey and Lemon Juice

Directions


Combine chicken tenders, sour cream, garlic powder and paprika in a zipper bag. Refrigerat
e for 1 hour.
Heat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with olive oil. Co
mbine corn squares, Panko, almonds and cheese in a shallow dish, set aside. Season tenders
to taste with salt and pepper. Coat with crumb coating on both sides. Place on prepared b
aking sheet. Lightly spray with olive oil.
Bake tenders for 15 minutes or until crisp and golden and internal temperature reaches 170
°F. Combine dipping sauce ingredients and serve with tenders.
