2 bags (16 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Potato Slices

1 Tbsp. H-E-B Texas Originals Steak Seasoning

4 Tbsp. H-E-B Olive Oil

12 slices H-E-B Center Cut Sliced Bacon, each slice cut in half lengthwise

Queso Dipping Sauce:

1/2 c. H-E-B Easy Melt Cheese

1/4 c. each: chopped tomato and onion

1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped (optional)


Heat gas or charcoal grill to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil, insert grilling me
sh, spray with no-stick cooking spray, and set aside.
Place bag of potato wedges in microwave oven and cook on high for 6 minutes. Remove potato
es from package, sprinkle with steak seasoning, and toss in olive oil.
Wrap potato wedges with thin slices of bacon, secure with a toothpick. Arrange potato wedg
es on grilling mesh and grill for 8 to 10 minutes or until potatoes are golden and bacon i
s crisp.
While potatoes are grilling, combine dipping sauce ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. H
eat in microwave for 1 minute on high power, stirring once halfway through the cooking tim
e. Serve dip with potatoes.
