1 Grilling Mesh or Vegetable Grilling Rack
1 lb. H-E-B extra lean ground beef
1 egg white, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
1/3 c. H-E-B Crumbled Blue Cheese
* Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce (optional)
1/4 c. H-E-B Crumbled Blue Cheese
1/4 c. H-E-B Light Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. H-E-B Half & Half
Line baking sheet with foil, insert grilling mesh or vegetable grilling rack, and spray wi
th no stick cooking spray.
Combine lean ground beef, beaten egg white, salt, pepper, and crumbled blue cheese in mixi
ng bowl. Do not overmix or meatballs will be tough. Form meat into 32 balls (1 tablespoon
each)and place on prepared grilling mesh. Cover meatballs with plastic wrap and chill for
30 minutes before grilling.
Heat gas or charcoal grill to 375 °F. Grill meatballs for 10 minutes with the lid clo
sed. Mix dipping sauce ingredients. Serve meatballs with sauce if desired.
