Ingredients

3 Tbsp. Central Market™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 container (7 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® Chopped Sweet Onions

4 cups sliced fresh mushrooms

3 H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Garlic Cloves, chopped

1/2 cup H-E-B Morelos Rice

1 container (32 oz.) Central Market™ Organics Vegetable Broth

1 bag (16 oz.) Central Market™ Organics Frozen Mixed Vegetables or your favorite Cen
tral Market™ Organics Frozen Vegetable

Directions


Heat a heavy saucepan over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the olive oil,onions and sliced
mushrooms and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add the chopped garlic and H-E-B Morelos Rice andsti
r-fry for 1 more minute until a toasted aroma is released.
Add the vegetable broth and 2 cups water and bring the soup to a boil over high heat. Redu
ce the heat to low, cover and cook the soup for 15minutes. Add the frozen vegetables and c
ook the soup for 10 more minutes on medium heat. Season the soup to taste with salt and pe
pper.
