2 cups cubed bread with the crust removed
1/2 cup H-E-B Italian Dressing
4 cups tomato juice
1 seedless cucumber, diced
1 container H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® Diced 3 Color Peppers
1 container H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® Hot Pico de Gallo
2 H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® Garlic Cloves
1 container H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® Diced Celery
* salt and pepper to taste
Combine bread and salad dressing in a blender or food processor and blend for 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and puree until very smooth. Chill until very cold. Garnish with
sour cream and a slice of avocado.
