2 pounds Fully-Cooked Beef Brisket, diced

1 jar Canyon Tomato Basil Soup

1 can (15 ounce) diced tomatoes

1 can (15 ounce) jalapeño pinto beans

1 cup sliced sweet onion

1/2 cup diced poblano pepper

2 Tablespoons Adams Reserve Sliced Garlic

1 Tablespoon Adams Reserve Ancho Chili Powder

1 teaspoon Adams Reserve Chipotle Chili Powder


Place diced brisket, Canyon soup and tomatoes, including juice, in a 6-quart pot over Medi
um-High heat. Bring to a boil.
Rinse and drain beans, if desired. Add beans, onion, poblano pepper, garlic and chili powd
er, as desired. Reduce heat to Medium-Low and simmer, uncovered, 10 to 20 minutes
