Seasoned Creamed Mushroom Baby Spinach
2 tablespoon Central Market™ European Butter
1/3 cup H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® Chopped Onion
1 can (4 oz.) Giorgio Mushroom Pieces, drained
1 pkg. (16 oz.) Central Market™ Frozen Whole Spinach, thawed
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup H-E-B Cottage Cheese, regular or low fat

Heat a skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add butter, chopped onions andmushrooms; st
ir fry for 2 minutes. Add the Spinach and nutmeg and stir tocombine. Stir-Fry uncovered fo
r 2 minutes.
Add the cottage cheese to the spinach mixture and stir to combine. Season thecream spinach
with salt and pepper and serve.
