1 bag (16 oz) H-E-B large elbow macaroni, uncooked
5 cups shredded H-E-B Easy Melt Cheese
1/2 cup milk (whole, 1%, 2%, or fat free)
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs (optional)
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13-inch microwave safe baking dish with non-stick co
oking spray; set aside.
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and return pasta to cooking pot. Add
shredded cheese and milk and stir gently to combine ingredients. Evenly spread mixture int
o prepared baking dish. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake 5 more minutes until all crumbs a
*For nacho and macaroni and cheese, replace milk with your favorite salsa picante and top
with crushed corn or potato chips. (Maybe add 1 cup chopped cooked fajitas).
* For broccoli-chicken macaroni and cheese use a 3-quart microwave safe baking dish. Add 1
package (10 oz) cooked chopped broccoli, 1 cup chopped cooked chicken and top with crushe
d potato chips.
