1 tbsp. unsalted butter or margarine
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove of garlic, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 teaspoon crushed basil
1 can (14 1/2 oz) HCF whole green beans: no salt added, drained
Heat butter or margarine in a medium-size skillet over high heat.
Add onion and cook 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Add garlic, tomato and basil.
Cook 2 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add green beans and 2 tbsp.
Water; stir to combine.
Season to taste with pepper and reduce heat to medium-low heat.
Cook uncovered 4 more minutes
