1 pound H-E-B Pinto Beans (2 cups dry)

6 strips H-E-B Fully Cooked® Bacon

1 (12 ounce) container prepared pico de gallo

1 (12 ounce) can beer, regular or nonalcoholic

2 cups White Wings Flour Tortilla Mix


Cook beans according to package instructions.
After exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes of cooking the beans, add the bacon, prepared pico d
e gallo and beer. Continue to cook the beans uncovered for the additional 30 minutes or un
til beans are tender. Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight.
Prepare 12 flour tortillas according to package directions using the 2 cups of the flour t
ortilla mix.
