Herb Crusted Baked Salmon
1 (2 - 2 1/2 lbs.) Atlantic Salmon
2 Tbsp. Hill Country Fare Minced Garlic
2 Tbsp. dried thyme leaves
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon zest
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2/3 Tbsp. H-E-B Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Combine garlic, thyme, lemon zest, salt, pepper and olive oil to make a paste.
Place fish skin side down on a non-stick baking sheet.
Spread herb mixture over fish. Bake uncovered 15-20 minutes until fish is flaky.
