Microwave Shrimp In Butter Sauce
1 pound jumbo peeled and deveined raw shrimp
2 cups fresh mushrooms, halved
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons onion, minced
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/3 teaspoon Chef Geoffrey Michael's Spicet Seasoning
In a casserole dish combine all ingredients except shrimp and mushrooms, microwave on high
Add shrimp and mushrooms; cover and microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes.
Let stand 2 minutes.

Serve as an appetizer with toothpicks or spoon over rice or pasta
